About this Class

This skate is for participants 55+ years of age to practice their stick handling and skating skills. Organized hockey, slap shots and speed skating are not permitted. Goalies are welcome to come and practice and play for free. All participants attending Sticks and Pucks must wear a CSA approved hockey helmet, those 18 and under must also have a face cage. Sticks and pucks will not be provided. Specific Admission & Supervision Standards are in effect for this program. Details are listed at burlington.ca/playstandards. To help reduce the spread of COVID-19, Sticks and Pucks 55+ will meet provincial health guidelines.
