About this Course

Have you ever wished you knew your neighbours better? Have you ever wondered how to improve or increase relationships in your neighbourhood? Are you interested in learning more about building connections and creating healthier communities? This is a seven week course which supports residents to become community connectors in their neighbourhoods. Participants will learn about Asset Based Community Development, building relationships in their communities, how to build a team and working with The City. Participants who complete the course will receive one on one support from a City liaison as they work through the City’s Love My Neighbourhood Grant. The course registration fee will be reimbursed as a part of the final project when complete.
